Ok, as promised, here's the final, painted version of Royal Paragus. As I've stated in my previous entrie, I tried to keep the design clean and simple, very faithful to Dragon Ball Z concept art. I also used a cel-shading technique, to give the character a more "blocky", Toei look and feel.
Anyhow, no background were introduced to the final work, as I tried to focus the viewer's attention on the colors other than any outside art or lines.
And yes, the color pallete were based on Brolly insted of Paragus, throw me rocks if you wish, but I felt it combined more naturaly with the original sketch.
